10th Annual Moonlight Festival!
The Moonlight Festival in Mount Pleasant, Texas is a celebration with a southern accent! Place your bet as participating local businesses compete with ...eh... appropriately themed race-carts in the Texas Championship Outhouse Races!
All around downtown and Caldwell Park there are concerts at every turn, rides, games, face-painting, concessions, and a full carnival!
Friday night opens with a Moonlight Golf Tournament starting at 5:00 pm at the Mt. Pleasant Country Club. Come out and play or just sit back and watch the sky light up as the golfers tee off with their glow balls.
The day is filled with a downtown Carnival, entertainment provided by the local Dance Teams, arts & crafts, a Seed Spitting, Hula Hoop and Sack Racing Contest. The day concludes with the world famous the 8th Annual Texas Championship Outhouse Races.
