Tell us about your favorite restaurants
Help us separate the great from the not-so-great.
We're just getting started with the online version of Piney Woods Live™ and we want to make sure you find all the best stuff we've gathered here on the site.
We've got more than 1,000 area restaurants here on the site. You can search by proximity and by cuisine. Mark your favorites by clicking the heart icon on the page and Piney Woods Live will keep track of them for you.
You can also post a review on any restaurant page by clicking to the comments section. Let us know what you liked and didn't like -- just keep it civil. Also, unlike many review sites, we have ways of watching for fake reviews, so keep it honest.
Finally, if you know of an area restaurant that you can't find here on PineyWoodsLive.com, drop me a line and I'll get them added.

My favorites include the Cub on Giraud in Shreveport and Monjuni's on Louisiana Avenue just outside of downtown Shreveport. I know there are other Monjuni's locations, but the rest just aren't the same!

Great idea for the restaurant reviews. We have lots of new ones popping up all over but most of us go with what we know instead of trying something new.

Brenda's Kitchen on Benton at Kingston is a great place for breakfast, a cup of coffee with a friend or to just read the paper, they have two flat screens, great food and friendly service. The big breakfast is enough for three.
