Victim from Nightclub Shooting Dies
Joshua Kelly from Hard Tails incident passed away
One of the victims from a Longview nightclub shooting has died.
Gregg County Justice of the Peace B.H. Jameson pronounced 24-year-old Joshua Kelly dead around 4:50 p.m. at Good Shepherd Medical Center and ordered the body to be taken to the Southeast Texas Forensics Center in Tyler, Texas for an autopsy.
Kelly and another man, Phillip Ross, were shot during a disturbance at the Hard Tails nightclub at 2722 Estes Parkway in the early morning hours of January 16, 2010. Suspect Isreal Sinegal was arrested after the shootings for two counts of aggravated assault and investigators are currently reviewing additional charges now that Kelly has died.
