Storyteller comes to Tyler Public Library
With enchanting stories from various countries, professional storyteller Dru Woods takes listeners on an imaginary trip around the world.
Preschoolers and young children are in for a week of rollicking good times when storyteller and puppeteer Dru Woods spins tales four mornings in a row at the Tyler Public Library. The shows begin Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 10:30 a.m. and continue Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the same time each day in Taylor Auditorium at the Library, 201 S. College.
With enchanting stories from various countries, professional storyteller Woods takes listeners on an imaginary trip around the world. She brings more 30 years of experience in speech, literature and theatre arts to her interactive storytelling and infuses her performances with lavish doses of music, enthusiasm and fun.
Dru Woods’ performance is made possible with the support of the Texas Commission on the Arts and the Friends of the Tyler Public Library.
