Texas Visual Arts Association Announces Portraits Competition
Portraits: Self and Other.
The Texas Visual Arts Association (TVAA) and TVAA Gallery are looking for submissions for Portraits: Self and Other. The exhibit will be curated by Sarah Graham. Portraits will open Sunday, September 9, 2012, from 2 to 4 p.m. Artists can submit three JPEGs to Sarah Graham at sarahgrahamart@gmail.com by August 20, 2012. JPEGS should be at 72 DPI and 1000 pixels on the longest side. All media is welcome. The entry fee is $5 per piece for TVAA members and $10 per piece for non-members. Portraits runs from September 3-28, 2012. The exhibit will be on view at the TVAA Gallery in the Plaza of the Americas in Dallas. Dallas Art News
