Music festival in the Big Bend country

Fifty bands and solo performers will appear.

A first-ever far West Texas music festival and industry conference will be held July 26-29 in Alpine and Marfa, Texas. Produced by Texas Music magazine, Viva Big Bend will feature more than 50 performances, in at least six venues, functions for music industry professionals, an exhibit showcasing artwork created by musicians, family friendly activities and more.

Four-day passes are currently $55.

In addition to the music, events are planned specifically for music-industry representatives.
