Richard Bowden at Music City Texas
Originally scheduled to perform earlier this month, the date was changed.
LINDEN Richard Bowden with Moon & the Starz will make their long awaited return to Music City Texas on Saturday, July 28 at 8:pm.
The group has been in rehearsal in order to bring a few new tunes to the MCT stage. "Fans should consider this a personal invitation from Richard, Greg Attaway, John Early, Pat Roberson and Mark Vidito to come on out and welcome them back in style," said an MCT spokesperson.
Originally scheduled to perform earlier this month, the date was changed so that Mark (their keyboard player who also plays occasionally with Dallas' LoneStar Radio team Bo & Jim's Frontal Lobotomy Boogie Band) could perform with them as opening act for The Doobie Brothers and Chicago in Dallas this weekend.
Opening the show for Moon & the Starz will be Longview's Destiny Duke and the Hazzards. They are one of the area's popular Country/Classic Rock/Country Alternative/Roots music bands, having performed at such places as Shreveport's Noble Savage Tavern, Red River Revel and Bossier's Boomtown Casino & Hotel.
