Darby Warren Project at MoJoe’s Coffee Cafe with photos
The group also premiered their new music video, "Wildflower"
HENDERSON The Darby Warren Project played in Henderson Saturday night, on the street, in front of MoJoe's Coffee Cafe. It had rained heavily in spots over the area earlier in the day, but by late afternoon the skies were crystal clear and it turned out to be a beautiful evening.
MoJoe's sponsored the event to celebrate three years of successful operation in downtown Henderson. Owner Travis Driver had arranged with the city to block off the parking area in front of his coffee shop for the event and then placed a large flatbed trailer in the adjoining alleyway to serve as a stage.
DWP took the stage a little after 8 and the music started to roll. Lawn chairs had sprouted early in the seating area, the place was alive with kids taking advantage of the bounce houses (also courtesy of MoJoe's) and by the time darkness fell, a nice crowd had assembled.
The occasion was also the premier of DWP's new music video, Wildflower, also produced by Driver. The video is not yet available to the public, but watch for it here on PineyWoodsLive.com.
