This is Helen. Helen was found in Kilgore close to Denny’s. She was born blind and deaf and has an owner out there. She has been with the city of Kilgore since August 4. She is now looking for a good home. She is very smart and has an immaculate since of smell. She would make a great pet for anyone looking for a sweet companion.
