Our executive chef Ashley Hotchkiss will offer a variety of foods; steaks, seafood, burgers, vegetarian options as well as seasonal salads and vegetables. We will also offer live music lakeside, private events, weddings, corporate events, and holiday parties…you name it and we provide it! There will be two separate bars with flat screen televisions to watch the big game and there will also be pool tables upstairs. Chef Ashley Hotchkiss comes to Lago del Pino with some fantastic experience! Ashley attended culinary school in Austin. She was the Executive Chef of Zest Eat and Drinkery in Amarillo, and was the winner of the 5th annual Panhandle Restaurant Association Area Chef Competition in March 2011.
