This weekend will be jam packed full of fun demonstrations, photographic opportunities and the chance to meet and network with other photographers from around the country. This weekend long program is open to photographers of all experience levels. Join us March 18th – 20th for the opportunity to shoot in some of the prettiest and target rich environments in East Texas. The town of Jefferson is full of pre-civil war architecture and homes. Piney Woods Live was in downtown Edom last Saturday night, where we took in a show at the Old Firehouse Visual Arts Gallery, featuring Chuck E. Costa and two of the three members of Mon Monarch, a Connecticut based folk group. Coincidentally, one member, guitarist Eric Tate, is from Van, Texas. It was a fantastic show, typical of the type of talent that Jeff is bringing to the Old Firehouse once every month. You can see photos here: http://www.pineywoodslive.com/photos.html .
